They weren’t able to give me a reason for non collection but suggested I rebook which I have. We’ll see if my parcel is collected tomorrow as agreed.”

“Send an item to EU, they send me the goods back as i didnt have a EORI code. My account is personal and i dont have the EORI number. They want to charge me £10 for it, as they assumed i send it from a business address. This is unsolicited goods and services act. I used their services before many times and recommend to my friends. From now on, i will ask them to ban their services from this scam company. I will report the business to Trading Standards.”
