“The took a larger than normal item, 1.58cm long and 15kg, which most of the other couriers would. So for that I am grateful. They could improve by advising of a more accurate pick up time rather than effectively all day, and they could have text once the item was delivered. So systems need automating a bit better.”
“The courier never turned up to collect the parcel. No reason given and indeed no communication at all . Decided not to risk that happening again so cancelled.”
“Very smooth transaction to send parcels to two separate places with good tracking of the parcels journeys available, one sent via parcelforce which was a lot easier than booking directly with them”
“You would have got five stars but for one thing. I had inadvertantly entered in the 'kg' box the weight in 'stones' and pressed send. About five minutes later I realised what I had done, but the only way I could alter it was with a £9 surcharge! As far as I could tell, the alteration made no difference to the price of the package. Totally outrageous 'theft'.

“I will never use this company again. I measure and weigh all my packages correctly, but they have charged me on several occasions extra, claiming they are overweight. Not even allowing me time to produce evidence but taking from my card straight away. Surely this is illegal?
Anyway, I won’t be using this company for my business ever again, along with Interparcel.
I guess in these hard times, companies are getting desperate to squeeze as much out of their customers as possible. A shortsighted view that’ll ultimately cost them.”
“The incorrect address was given to me, so I spent two hours trying to find the relevant shop. Eventually was given the correct address. Otherwise not a bad experience.”
“L posted 3 items and paid for them on what was ment to be a Secure site. days later parcelhero put a surcharge on three items without my permission. the original parcel was £21 and £21 And £16. which had been sent before with no trouble yet they stole £1650 ( that is 35 times the oringinal charge.) from my account. L now have to get my C/Card fraud team to try to sort it. take note. With parcel hero they keep your detail and steel from you once you have used them . be warned.”
“I booked a parcel through parcel hero to be collected, the collection van never came. I could not afford to waste time risking the courier not showing up again. So I cancelled my shipment. I was charged £6 cancellation fee? Absolutely terrible especially considering there was zero service they provided, I printed my own labels and yet was charged £6 because THEY didn’t turn up. Do not use”
