“Absolutely shocked at the level of negligence and accountability of this organisation. Paid for No printer service, website automatically changes to printer service without notifying customer. Try to cancel and rebook and multiple error messages. Meanwhile the driver comes and takes the parcel without any labels and now lost. Disgrace. Avoid at all costs as they will not own up to problems regardless of whether you have paid for insurance. Court case pending.”
“Initially it took me 3 attempts to drop off the parcel, the first two wouldn't accept the parcel.
Over a month after sending the parcel, they sent me an email saying they were applying additional charges. I did not give them permission to keep my credit card details on file.
I was careful when weighing and measuring the parcel before it was dropped off. I'm far from the only one that had this issue.
In short, avoid like the plague.”
“the collection driver waited for me to bring the parcels down a flight of stairs - these were bulky, he did not check the labeling which was incorrect and i could have rescheduled the collection to rectify - he was more concerned about getting a parking ticker - i helped him put the parcels into the van - which he thanks me for but i would have thought he would have checked that all was correct given i had given the collection point and the delivery destination as the same address - i am now having to reorganise another collection at a cost to me personally £150.00 - nt a happy bunny - please can you make contact with me to discuss 07780332086”
“Avoid, stay away! My product got damaged in transit - mishandled. 58kg parcel (table tennis) was collected by one person - all measurements were put in the system as this enables them to send out the right amount couriers. Offered to help the courier but said he will be fine. Never got a refund in the end - even though it was my fault! 0 stars … big mistake - paid for insurance too - that did no good as will probably end up having it redelivered to me but it has been damaged by parcel hero! Never never again !!!!
£45 was paid to protect my product .. yes you read right. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions they have blamed the packaging but yet it was packed in the same packaging from the company who originally delivered to me.
Do not waste your money or time on them.
£15 was refunded but not to my account but for me too use their services again ! I mean would I really risk losing my money again by using their services and risk my parcel being damaged… no so that £15 is no use to me. Had this been refunded to my account - it would have been a slightly different review on this experience!”
“I posted a Motherboard through Parcel Hero to be repaired in Canada on the 19th of August 2022.
Because the Motherboard had to be repaired I contacted HMRC Customs and Excise to get the appropriate numbers to exclude import and export duty
Parcel Hero then sent it through Landmark Global who in turn sent it through the Canadian Post Office to Gigabyte Canada
When the Canadian Post Office delivered it to Gigabyte Canada they tried to charge Gigabyte Canada $200 for some reason that Parcel Hero refused to tell me why?
Gigabyte Canada refused to pay and at no point did Parcel Hero tell me that I had to pay this money or even what the $200 was for. I had already paid Parcel Hero that money to have the Motherboard delivered this was an additional fee.
So from the 27th of August till the 10th of December, the motherboard was held in Canada and undelivered and unrepaired to Gigabyte Canada.
I in the meantime had to buy another Motherboard for £850 because Parcel Hero cost my multiple businesses money due to them taking 4 months to return the unrepaired motherboard this, in turn, required me to spend £3,700 on new CPUs.
Finally, I got the Motherboard back unrepaired and Parcel Hero then took more money off my credit card for the unrepaired and undelivered motherboard to be returned to my business.
I will now have to resend the motherboard to get it repaired but definitely not through Parcel Hero.”
“Paid extra for parcel protection they broke a very with packaged parcel and refused to pay out. 2 layers of bubble wrap a box and an extra layer of bubble wrap with plastic wrap. Said it was inadequately packaged. Furthermore the item with an industrial autoclave really tough item and they still broke it! This company is an utter scam.”
