“It wasn't cheap but they collected my parcel in UK and delivered to USA in under 48 hours in run up to Christmas and I didn't even pick 48 hour service but economy. Very impressed.”
“I needed to get an early Xmas present to the IoW. Usually use Royal Mail but with the strike looked for a courier. Easy to book, collected on time and arrived at my friends today as promised....and cheaper than Royal Mail.”
“Didn’t arrive. Customer service very unhelpful. Website keeps taking you in a loop. Kept saying I had to rebook a delivery and it said I had to pay again and I’ll get refunded for the 1st minus the £9. Terrible company, won’t use again and definitely will be telling others not too”
“I sent two parcels to the same residential address in Scotland, a day apart both for next day delivery.
The first one is missing, - should have been delivered four days ago. They then advised it’ll be delivered within 96 hours of yesterday. Which is not an acceptable time frame -if it ever turns up at all.
Then, the second one turned up today, and it’s completely damaged, the clothes and teddy and sweets are ruined as they’ve bashed the very well packaged box that much that the hot chocolate powder has burst out of the packaging and destroyed everything. I’m really beyond disappointed with the service and wouldn’t dream of using it again, I only chanced it because Royal Mail are striking, but never had any such issues with them when posting loads of things to same address. I wouldn’t have gone out of my way to leave this negative review, but they emailed me asking me for feedback, so hopefully they’ll get in touch to offer some level of compensation for the damaged items and for the missing items if they don’t materialise, I also think a refund of all postage fees is appropriate due to the serious failure to meet reasonable service standards.”
“Appalling service, still waiting for delivery of a parcel to Thailand we booked a month ago. We have had 3 different tracking numbers so far and none give any updates after the 18th of November which is now 3,5 weeks ago. Customer Service is not very helpful, can't answer our questions, where our parcel currently is and blame it on the run up to Christmas!!!”
“The decorative box I had delivered arrived damaged in two placesI packed it very carefully but it clearly had been thrown about in the van. I paid for door to door service but the courier left it at the end of the lane so my friend had to carry it all the way back to her house. I will not be using you again”
