“Wasn't fantastic experience.I booked online, the insurance for the item costing more than the delivery charge.I booked to drop the parcel at my nearest store which was the CO-OP in Barnet.I took the parcel in and was told that they would not accept it as they already had more than their quota of did parcels and had no where to keep it.
I had to carry the parcel back to my car and drove to another CO-OP branch in Hampstead Garden Suburb, that branch also refused to take the parcel.I then took the parcel to a branch of Morris's who took it.What a hassle, will not use this service again”
“THIEVES, DO NO USE THESE COWBOYS. They lost a chair.....yes a chair....said it was rare to lose such a large parcel but after reading all the reviews it seems it is common practise for this company to 'lose' high priced items. Still fighting to get my money back. This company is a disgrace.”

“Absolutely amazing service from parcel hero ,I cannot fault your excellent service ,my parcel to America arrived quicker than if I had sent a parcel within the U.K ! I think the price was very fair,I had quite a large box and was happy with the price I paid.I have sent several parcels with yourselves now and have never had a single thing to complain about,in fact ,the latest parcel arrived a day earlier than the expected time . 😊 very happy customer”
