“Nobody turned up on the day arranged for pick up 😩 ( Saturday, and parcel had to arrive by Tuesday morning) could not wait all day Monday hoping that a pick up may happen, so used parcel force who delivered in less than 24 hours.”

“Having paid on line this morning I still don't have a label to print and the tracking number isn't recognized so I can not log in to download one. Waste of money I will be using another service next time. I can't even phone anyone to speak to them. Can not do anything on line as it just says that the tracking number is not recognized.”
“Usually when you pay cheap you get what you get, but this was beyond expectations! Sent a parcel from the UK to Italy: firstly it took more than 2 weeks to arrive, upon delivery the carrier asked to pay additional customs duty and delivery fee (double what was already paid to Parcel Hero), and cherry on the cake the content (a camera) of the parcel got STOLEN and replaced with some trousers!!! Customer service is available only via email (...) that after 2 weeks of back and forth offered 50£ refund (their maximum liability!!!!) and challenged my allegation after all pictures and proofs of the scam!

“Unfortunately my delivery arrived at its destination late. I paid for a pre 10.30am and it was delivered some time after. To disappoint further, although we were aware it hadn't arrived by 10.30 am as we were waiting for it and I was continuously checking the tracking, confirmation came through that it was delivered at 10.22 which it was not.”
