“Booking said no label. No email confirmation, tracking number didn’t work, tracking information (found via the account) said shipper hadn’t dropped the parcel when I had booked a collection. Customer service told me the following day that I could “manage my booking” online. They ought to have stepped in to sort out what was going on not expect me to sort out their service failure. I neither understood nor trusted the rebooking option - I couldn’t get any information on whether my parcel was or was not going to be collected and when so cancelled (the morning after the day collection was supposed to have occurred). I then received a call from the pick up point (in Wales) that the courier was there to collect the parcel - one day too late and an hour before it was supposed to have been delivered in London - and by this time I had arranged something else. I got my money back but I really needed the delivery urgently. It seems there is a systems glitch somewhere and customer service isn’t actually helpful - they just point you to the website to sort out problems of their making. No telephone number available”
“Amazing service. Easy to book online and the parcel was collected on a Monday for delivery in Switzerland on the Wednesday but lo and behold, the parcel arrived at its destination on Tueday- one day early. Couldn't ask for more!”
“Easy & cost effective way to arrange a return but didn't find website particulalrly easy to navigate once transaction underway. Everything i wanted to check/find seemed 'hidden'. Looking to see if parcel had safely been delivered required the tracking no. - why wasn't it just available within 'my account' to view? At one point i thought i might need to cancel the transaction but gave up when i couldn't easily find how to do this.”
“Terrible service, no updates provided and if you miss your delivery it automatically gets returned to sender at a very high cost to you. Customer service extremely unhelpful if you can get through to them”
“Should have been collected yesterday but Let down with not being collected . Difficult to know what to do if parcel not collected.
I assumed it would have automatically have been collected the next day if it wasn’t previous day.
Why complicate things by having to rebook all over again and pay again. If it’s not collected by tomorrow I’ll probably go elsewhere and book.”
