“It doesn't even deserve 1 star. I paid for a next day delivery, they managed to demolish a heavy duty safe and delivered it 3 days later. The amounts of lies and excuses from them is unbelievable. They even try to convince me that I didn't have a next day delivery when it can proved that I did.”

“My experience with ParcelHero has been nothing short of awful, absolutely, and totally awful. Parcelhero, arranged delivery of an item measuring 102 cm x 85 cm x 9 cm, which I dropped off at my local post office for delivery by Parcel force.
Somehow , My huge parcel has been lost.
I have come across nothing but prevarication and excuses by them for not paying out my claim for the cost of delivery, which was £22, the item of £45 or the fees that I had to pay to the seller of the item.
Nothing but excuses, prevarication and hurdles to jump to save a £67 payout for your their mistake . How very very sad for a company to treat customers this way.
Hang your heads in shame ParcelHero. They have totally declined to refund the eBay sale price as I do not have the original invoice for the purchase of this item from eight years ago. This, despite absolute proof that the item was sold, how much it was sold for, where it was sold, when it was sold, when their 'service' was purchased, when the parcel was dropped off and, their admission that my parcel has been 'lost' by the courier.
BEWARE and be aware, before using this company.”
“Chose to drop-off the parcel at a store (Malden Food and Wine, Camden Town), they rejected the package. Sent me to other two places which also rejected the package (Tesco Express). Lost 1.5 hours of my time. Had to change to "Collection", now need to work from home tomorrow because of this. Had to pay the shipment again because I could not amend the previous one, keeping that payment. Had to reprint the labels, because the previous ones were no longer valid. So far, terrible experience.”
“The courier didn't collect my parcel saying it wasn't available when it was sitting in plain sight in reception. I had to rebook for today and they said they would collect between 9am and 5pm. Courier turned up at 855 and then left again because I wasn't there. Have to rebook again! Not happy at all.”
