Parcel was then processed by UPS very efficiently. Collected Wed 15:30, delivered to destination in Taiwan on Fri before 12.

“My parcel to Thailand was 9 days late. I was obliged to make the enquiries to get my parcel moving when it became stuck. This outfit seemed not to know what they are doing. Their local Bangkok agent tried to hold us up for bogus customs duty.

“This company doesn't even warrant one star. They are scammers. They've taken a surcharge directly from my account without any authorisation of 340% on top of my original quote, claiming that my dimensions were over what was quoted. I have sent numerous photos/videos replicating the package dimensions and it is quite clear it was well under. I'm someone who overquotes in order to cover myself. They can't provide any evidence from their end to prove the dimensions of my package was incorrect They are scammers and a company to steer well clear of. I have reported them to Trading Standards. I would imagine that their targets were a bit down in the month I sent my package, so added a few surcharges here and there. They could potentially take any amount directly from your account without authorisation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”
