“I recently had a highly frustrating and disappointing experience with Parcel Hero that I feel compelled to share to warn others about their service.
In April, we were instructed by Parcel Hero to attach a provided label to our parcel, which was then collected by FedEx from our hotel. The tracking information confirmed that FedEx collected the parcel, noting the date and time of pickup. Despite this, the package never arrived at its destination.
After numerous emails back and forth with Parcel Hero, they repeatedly denied that FedEx had collected the parcel, even though the tracking information clearly indicated it had been. They provided a series of conflicting and unhelpful explanations, at one point claiming that the scan of the label was not recognized by the courier. This raises the question of why they provided the label in the first place if it was not valid.
To make matters worse, Parcel Hero then claimed that the FedEx driver should have left a collection note at the hotel. Upon checking with the hotel, it was confirmed that no collection note was left. When we requested the location of the FedEx office that collected the parcel to follow up directly, Parcel Hero refused to provide this information.
Their lack of transparency and accountability is alarming. Throughout the process, Parcel Hero showed a complete disregard for our situation and failed to provide any satisfactory resolution. Their customer service was abysmal, and their responses seemed designed to evade responsibility rather than assist in locating our parcel.
I would strongly advise against using Parcel Hero. Their service has been nothing short of a nightmare, and their unwillingness to resolve the issue has left us deeply frustrated and out of pocket. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable and customer-oriented parcel service.”

“I sent a parcel done all the messerment 3 times made sure was in the size also the kg total price came in just over £10 with parcel force. So I payed this sent it the next day. Week later was emailed saying there is a charge for this item an extra £10 & few pence. So it was auto taken ot my account and I will not use parcel hero again. I saved the email but will Learning lesson for the future and stick with who I'm used too.”
“After completing payment I was told my labels couldn't be generated and would be sent to me later. This caused me to miss the deadline to send my parcel before I had to go away for a week. My parcel will now be far too late reaching it's destination. I have requested compensation and been declined. If they had checked that the labels could be generated *before* taking my payment I could have gone elsewhere and not had a problem. This has caused me a lot of avoidable trouble and frustration, and they won't even compensate it.”
“Do not use. Buyer beware. Their quotes are only guesses and you can end up paying a lot more. They take your money without asking. Quoted us £40 for a delivery to Aberdeenshire, Scotland and then surcharged us another £35 for Aberdeenshire being in Scotland. Contacted Customer support and they just repeated what i already knew. We are a small business and that money was all the profit on those goods. Will never use again, as cannot be trusted.”

“Sent 2 tyres with this company. Both were exactly measured and over described and weighed on electric scales. Costs were £22.38 and £23.86. 1 week later I have 2 amounts taken from my card of £14.62 and £18.62 for "Additional Handling".
They sent me 2 invoices and when I go to the website to query these amounts it says i must have proof (pictures of measurements and weights).
Delivery and collection were on time but this has really left a bad taste and I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN”
