“Wrong address on the parcel which was my fault. Phoned parcelforce who told me to phone you to try and rearrange. Could no find a contact number for you. No information on your website. I managed to book again myself from parcelforce. At extra cost.”
“Asking me for a review but the collection hasn’t even happened. I booked for Monday, took the day off work only to get an email saying it was moved to Tuesday. Couldn’t take another day off so was forced to cancel the collection and rebook for Thursday (couldn’t just move to thursday). Said I’d be refunded for the collection that never happened but that still hasn’t occurred. I’ve now paid double to still have my package and awaiting collection”
“I am beyond outraged with the service from this company. I paid for the collection and delivery of six large boxes, but after three failed attempts, my boxes remain uncollected. The driver went to the wrong location each time, as evidenced by the photos.
Their lack of phone support left me stranded during a crucial move. I had to personally move the boxes and hire another company for the job. This service is completely unacceptable. I demand a full refund and an apology from both the team and the manager for this disastrous experience.”
“Apalling. Labels did not generate and the parcel was not collected until 24 hours later. I paid for a 3-4 day delivery and now I wont get it for 9 days. They refused to acknowledge that it was their fault and say I paid for a five day delivery. This is 100% not true - it quoted 3 days. Unprofessional, not truthful, they take your money and cannot provide the service. Zero stars.”
“Arrived within the time to collect the parcel asked for a receipt and was told they don't do receipts, said I would get email receipt still waiting for it to arrive not good as you have no proof the parcel was with the courier hopefully all goes well will do an updated review when the parcel arrives at destination, on the plus side easy to set up on Web site”
