“Absolutely dreadful and useless service. I paid them for a courier delivery from UK to me here in France. The item never appeared and seemed to get stuck on entry into France. The courier should have contacted me to allow me to pay the import duty. This is what normally happens with all my other parcels. However I was never contacted despite them having my phone number and email address. I was then informed the item was being returned to UK. I made contact with Parcelhero but was then not allowed to pay the duty and was told the item had to be returned to UK. Live chat is not available for this problem and I was told I had to use email. Then I got a demand for a further £13 odd for the return costs...which parcelhero took off my credit card without my authorisation!! Now I am receiving emails for yet more money. This was a dreadful service and I will never use them again. I have also advised the shops and businesses I use in UK and warned them not to use this company. Meanwhile I got the item delivered by the Post Office to a friend in UK who mkindly brought me the item over.”

“The collection, transport, and delivery was performed by UPS via Parcel Hero booking. All went well and UPS collected and delivered exactly as ordered with no issues at all. I tried to book on UPS site and all was OK until UPS site couldn`t take payment so I was forced to use a secondary service. Parcel Hero's price was £5 more than UPS quoted for UK to UK collection and delivery; but I had no choice. So, all went well with good updates from UPS and Parcel Hero; It just cost me £5 more for the privilege of UPS's site not taking payment and Parcel Hero making the third party booking on my behalf. I would use again, however, I would be comparing prices.”
“6 weeks after delivery of a package (which they failed to collect for 2 days until I complained, despite paying for 48 hour service), I was charged £72 for am 'oversized' fee. This was never mentioned before and I double checked the measurements before sending. They provided no proof, refused to respond to emails and have given me no means to appeal. Their own website says that even if you do appeal, their decision is final so they can basically help themselves to your money for entirely fictional charges. Avoid like the plague!”

Failed to deliver a package after spending £20 and then charged me £66 for a redelivery fee without my consent or knowledge. Customer service shocking.
Avoid!!
The address provided was correct but they failed to deliver. Instead of trying to actually deliver it they proceeded to return the package to the UK, whilst charging me £66 in the process!
They state this is in their terms and conditions but at no point was I asked if I wanted to pay the return cost.
Update - nobody willing to speak to me about this charge and no customer service number can be found. I asked for this and they said they are only contactable by email - says a lot really!
A representative has taken the time to reply to the review stating that they are trying to help resolve it, believe me they aren't!
Perhaps replying to customers' queries and issues instead of reviews would be helpful?!”
