“My experience it has been horrible so far, I guess it’s DPD fault, but I booked them through ParcelHero. I even paid extra for the insurance. They broke one of the 3 boxes I sent. I haven’t received nothing from them , not an email nothing, I only found out when I checked with my friend if she had received the boxes, and she told one was missing …. Absolutely terrible service, I hope Monday I will get refunded for the damage they caused. DPD absolutely terrible, let’s see if Parcel hero will reimburse me”
“I was having difficulty finding a suitable carrier until I came across ParcelHero. The online process was straightforward, a courier arrived the next day to collect my three large parcels and they arrived the next day at the intended residential address all intact. Very pleased with the service and the cost was reasonable.”
“We have used this company twice and each time the parcel was not picked up or delivered on time. Their customer support may have well been non existent for the help they provided. Also I could not locate a telephone number to actually speak to someone over the issues we were having.
We will never use this company again and would warn others not to do so too.”

“Easy to use website, and cheaper than other places I looked at. The only thing I think could be impporved on is better visibility of the evidence of delivery, it turns out the delivery wasn't signed for and there was no photographic evidence of the dleivery, which the company I was returning the good to had asked for.”
