“Absolutely shocking that this so called 'hero' service can a week after delivery take £27 without any prior notice from my card. (Originally quoted £9 at checkout another £3 for residential charge despite it being The Range store they were collecting from) Reason they say is £4 size difference, £17 admin and VAT. The measurements provided were correct. Their generic customer service thanks me for my patience - I have none, I gave no permission to take from my card, I had no knowledge until the receipt sent afterwards. Now I'm told 18 weeks whilst they look into it. Absolutely disgraceful. Will never use again. **Notice the lack of responses from the company for any negative reviews”

“Horrific Customer service and overall service. I booked a collection of a parcel for today. Today happened to be the coldest day of the year but I was there waiting for the delivery company to arrive. hours passed and I wanted to check they would come, so I live chatted multiple times. The response was "they are coming - wait". So I waited, for 8 hours!! At 6pm I was so so cold that I decided to leave it and go home. Parcel Hero were as useless at every point. They then asked me to rebook because nobody turned up. I then had to fork out again for the postage to rebook. I am now waiting for them to come tomorrow. In total if they do collect tomorrow I will have wasted hours waiting for them. An utter shambles of a company and one which I will be reporting to trading standards. You pay for a service and you don't get it, simple as.”

I paid £350 for a delivery that never even arrived, and they still took my money! To make matters worse, I contacted their customer service immediately, thinking they'd fix the issue. But no - they've kept me waiting for over a MONTH with absolutely no resolution! Every single time I reached out, I got the same useless excuses and empty promises. How is this acceptable? Do they even care about their customers or the items they're supposed to deliver? It's like they've just taken my money and vanished. This has been one of the most frustrating and infuriating experiences of my life. ParcelHero is unreliable, incompetent, and an absolute waste of time and money. I regret ever trusting them.
