“Paid almost £30 to send some goods back to China, on the tracking it stated for almost 6 weeks the goods were clearing customs, tried to chase several times and fobbed off, eventually they put me through to the correct department who admitted they had lost my parcel but was now out of my 30 day complaints time limit. So not only did i lose over £100 of goods, but paid Parcel hero £30 for the privilege. Avoid these people, rip off merchants”

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE CON AND HAS AWFUL SERVICE WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG!
We paid a premium with them to have our package delivered next day as it was time sensitive and an urgent parcel. The parcel did not arrive, you CANNOT contact them as they don't have a phoneline, they email to say you will get a reponse within 4 hours, which doesn't happen. Our package finally showed up a week later (with no help from them) we actually paid and reordered the product and it arrived before this parcel did! When we requested a refund they said it wasn't possible as our parcel was large which is the reason for delays. The parcel wasn't large and we gave them the exact measurements of the parcel (we actually gave them measurments larger just to be sure) which is what they quoted the price for.

I would give them -5 start if possible. I had sent 2 of my parcels with them one duffle bag and a suitcase.It has been three weeks they only delivered my parcel along with someone's small package. After sending them 10 emails, they finally said that the parcel is on its way back to me. And now suddenly they aren't able to locate it and came back to me saying it has been lost and they are not able to locate it.
And suddenly they asked me if it was suitcase and I said yes, then their argument is that since it falls under personal belongings and it is a prohibited under their policies so they won't be even able to compensate for it. I mean where the hell is my suitcase? And if it was in fact prohibited, why the hell did they pick it up, it a suitcase for god sake. I mean what else do we parcel if not our personal belongings??
Someone please please help me out I have a hell loads of clothes in that suitcase 18kgs to be specific. I am in a new place and I do need my clothes asap plus it has somethings which are quite close to me such as a jacket gifted by mom.
What am I supposed to do?
Oh also, they did charge me 30,19 pounds in between after the delivery of the first parcel saying some adjustments, I don't know how is that even possible as I didn't share/save my bank accounts with them and I didn't authorise any transactions. So far all I can say is that they are highly unprofessional and border line fraud as well”

We left 6 suitcases with reception at the Wychnor Park Country Club before 9:00 am on Oct.22 for transfer to our next hotel Marlin Waterloo in London. We were sent a message that the drive would pickup the suitcases between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on the 22nd. The driver said someone told him there was nothing to be picked up. The two ladies at reception said no one ever came and that the company had previously picked up at Wychnor Park in the past. We had to transport the luggage ourselves.”

“I have never had such a horrible experience. Booked for collection had a friend waiting all day and noone came we have ring doorbell proof of this. Was instructed to rebook the parcel when I queried it so I did. Not only did I have to pay again I also had to pay £9 fee. Decided to not have any more dealings with this horrible company so cancelled the rebook and had to pay again. Awful service awful company must be avoided”
