Unfortunately parcelforce website had an issue so I had to go through patcelhero. An absolute rip off. Cost was more expensive for 48h than 24h going direct with parcelforce and I keep getting emails telling me to complete order.

WARNING DO NOT USE 6 WEEKS AFTER TRANSACTION AND DELIVERY TOOK PLACE THEY TOOK OVER £150 OUT MY ACCOUNT NO NOTICE WHEN QUESTIONED THEY SAID DID AN AUDIT AND PARCEL WAS WRONG SIZE NO REFUND AS I COULDN'T PROVE WHAT THEY SAID

shockingly bad service. It's hard to know whether to put the blame with Parcel hero or UPS, the courier they used. Either way, the parcel wasn't picked up on the day organised and nor the next day, both with no explanation whatsoever. I had to cancel the service as I was leaving overseas so I had to go and get the parcel myself. They even didnt give me a full refund. At this stage, still not a reply to confirm the cancellation so I have had to contact the sender not to hand the parcel to anyone.

Delivered a parcel (which I had to push them to get collected despite paying for 48 hour service) and then a month later they helped themselves to £72 (triple the original cost) from my bank account, claiming my package was oversized without a shred of evidence. They will only accept photographic evidence as grounds to challenge this and so deliberately waited until sufficient time has passed that you can't provide this. Check their reviews on trustpilot, they do this regularly - avoid at all costs!

Not reliable service provider, my parcel was lost with no real help to find it. As a result I lost a very importnat document and waste a lot of time in communicating with this company with no practical results.

Terrible customer service. Booked for a parcel to be collected by Fedex but they never turned up and I was unable to contact them to find out why so rebooked with UPS. Fedex turned up on the day UPS were due so had to cancel UPS collection however I have not received a refund and I had to pay a cancellation charge but when I contacted ParcelHero, they advised that they are only a facilitator and basically want nothing to do with it. Shocking service. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else as if something goes wrong, they want nothing to do with it.

Not even worth 1 star. This was an urgent parcel that was meant to be next day after collection. The drop off point for my parcel had no idea how to scan my parcel to allow collection, it was there for three days. Unable to contact Parcel Hero except by Email, then waiting four hours for a reply, only to be told I had to go back to the shop and get them to scan it again, a twelve mile round trip to the nearest drop off point. I did this, and it still didn't show as dropped off, more Emails to Parcel Hero, and another three hour waite for a reply! Email arrived telling me to go back to the shop, pick up the parcel and then I have to either request a refund or start the whole delivery thing again at a different drop off point which involved me getting a refund for the first payment (which will take 7 days), and make a second payment to rebook and create new labels to take to an alternative drop off point which would be even further away! I asked for either a phone call or a number to call but this was ignored.

BE AWARE….Total scammers . We were quoted and made a one off payment for Collection of a parcel only to discover that a week later they took another payment without permission stating that the measurements of the parcel were incorrect and there was a surcharge of double what we originally paid. Not only that they had set up the payment as a recurring payment! So all in all it cost of £100 to send back something of a lower value. When I complained I was told that they needed photographic evidence of the measurements of the parcel before I can appeal, which has already been sent back. This is fraud as no permission was given and has been reported!!

Parcel collected on the 5th of August for next day delivery. It is now the 15th and the parcel still hasn't been delivered - I am receiving daily messages that there is a "Security Issue". Despite contacting ParcelHero 5 times over the last 8 days - I am still waiting for an explanation of the delays. Today I received a message and an Invoice for an additional £71 for extra weight and size but still no explanation for the delay. Please bear in mind that I gave Parcel Hero the dimensions and weight before they quoted me. They are dishonest and fraudulent. 10 Days after the scheduled delivery date - ParcelHero are opening two "Cases" and will respond within 1 - 2 Business days. So it is now Friday and I expect the weekend will be used as an excuse to do nothing until Monday which means that my customer will be waiting another week for his parcel. There is "Useless", there is "Absolutely Useless" and there is "ParcelHero". I have received the following "explanation" from Parcel Hero: "Please note that the carrier has shared the reason for the adjustment applied which is kept by our Accounts team so we are verifying the detailed explanation from them to be shared with you in due course." Translation - Utter Waffle. Did Parcel Hero know, or not know the purported reason for Overcharging me before charging £71 to my Credit Card? Simple question and I would like an answer!!!! The Parcel had to be collected by my Customer from the Depot - not what I paid for. I am still waiting for an explanation from ParcelHero. Useless ParcelHero will not explain what the £71 overcharge was for and UPS will not explain to me as "I am not their customer". Absolute shoddy customer service. Avoid ParcelHero - they are not a Courier Service - they are dishonest, fraudulent shysters who quote competitive rates to sub-contract the deliveries to other Couriers such as the useless UPS and then charge additional surcharges to your Credit Card when they have your Credit Card Details.

Dreadful company. Ages to book my parcel only to have it refused at the drop off point as an I valid parcel. Booked with another company with no issues at all. Returned to the same drop off point and the parcel was accepted. I also have to wait 7 days for my refund

Parcel force didn't turn up on the day. I waited in all day. They turned up the next when I was out (unscheduled). No notice given. I am still waiting for a refund and I am left with a bike I don't want and can't return because the return window has now elapsed.

Absolutely disgusting company. Avoid at all cost. You cannot speak to anyone. The customer service is shocking. They refused to take my bath because it wasn't in a box (it was in original packaging that it got delivered in) then said they were charging me. Accused me off false information in emails but refused to explain. Now they are refusing a refund altogether. Not answering any of my questions just keep sending the same generic email, avoiding answering direct questions.I've lost out on £170 because they didn't take the bath. You can't speak to anyone in person. So I've basically lost out on £215. Which I can't really afford at all. I wish I'd of read the comments before using them as it seems I'm not the only person this company has screwed over. I'm just sick of dealing with them now.
