“Really easy to service to use. first time user, weight and measure your parcel, pop those figures into the form, decide what service you want, fill in pick up and delivery details. Pay for it, and they come and collect it. No dragging heavy parcels to the post office to stand in long queue's. Delivered well ahead of time. Will use again. Great service to find.”
“if someone is reading this comment, please take this as a warning and do not use parcel hero in anyway!!! these guys are highly unprofessional. They do not have a contact number. Even the customer support does not reply.
I booked my parcel. The delivery guy came and took just three of them and left the other two. I keep on calling him but he did not return. I could not reach to the customer support as they do not have a contact number. The customer support team on email does not reply and it was a horrible experience. It was a nightmare. I would highly recommend you guys not to use parcel hero at any cost.”
“Fed-ex next day delivery. Dropped off at parcelshop Monday Morning....still hadnt been collected by fed ex by Wednesday Night. So i've had to cancel and rebook with another courier.
Parcelhero...no live chat, no phone support. 7 days for a refund...and no idea how much a cancellation fee i will be charged. Wont be using them again.”
“Do not EVER ship with this company!!!!! We had parcels stolen, damaged and left for anyone to take and depite paying out for their insurance AND UPS asking them to reimburse us they are sending robotic policy messages and finding small clauses that mean we get nothing. There is no compassion, no help and they should NOT be trusted. Just go straight to UPS if you want to ship with them as they have gone above board trying to help us.”
“I have used EVRI for some time and found it to be a simple and effective parcel service, easy to use.
However, this recent, and I suggest unnecessary, change I found difficult to navigate and confusing. As it was my last parcels address to a friend ended up with my name and home town in it as well.
Also I was confused about whether the parcel was being collected or I was to take it to my local shop. I ended up taking it to my local shop and it was delivered today.
I wonder if other uses have found this new layout different or I am a bit of a dunce!”
“Be aware! Just been robed by this company been taking 2 different payments one is £41 another one is £20 ,
I have used them on the 25th November twice and they seem they kept my bank details and now they taking 2 different payments without me using them at all!!”
