It chose EVRI as my delivery company.
Posted my parcel Monday afternoon and it was delivered on Thursday between 2 +4 pm as promised.
Cost was very reasonable, only £3.35
Fast, efficient and good value.

“If I could give zero stars I would. No hero in this scenario. Applied for a parcel to be picked up from home address end of Dec, for work as we're cloud-based, Parcel Force did not turn up and waited in all day. No explanations. Needed the parcel to get to a fundraising event within a few days. Not satisfied it would be picked up again, decided to go with a different courier - hidden charges, don't tell you about. So, technically paid twice. No phone number to contact so booked and dropped off, this time as thought would be better option. Parcel due to arrive 3rd, arrived 6th, despite re-booking and dropping off. Annoyed as the fundraising date was only a day away. To top it off they then asked me how customer services are and to provide (this) feedback. Then I receive a note stating the amended parcel cost would be reimbursed - great, so I though, but, no, it's a 'credit note' to my address - not work, who are the billing address (which I did put in) - sorry but I don't want to use these services again so a credit note - not a reimbursed cost - is just the added joke of icing on the cake.”

I’ve had a massively disappointing service from ParcelHero. I booked an Evri collection with them which didn’t get collected, nor did it in the 3 consecutive days. The ParcelHero dashboard doesn’t give you updates and when I emailed them to ask what is happening and that I had rebooked twice since after the 3 consecutive days had passed, both times without successful pickup, I got a stock response which didn’t address my issues or concerns.
I have yet to receive a satisfactory response and I have no idea if Evri will collect my parcel or not. It has been 5 day since my original collection date and I have no idea what is going on. Terrible customer service so far and awful user interface on their website after booking. Still waiting to hear what is happening with my parcel. Would not recommend to anyone.”
“I have just started using Parcel Hero and so far so good
I have used most of the available couriers and most have let me down at one time or another
What really annoys me is when I cannot talk to an actual person, if there comes a time when I have to call you but cannot speak to somebody I will be off”
