“Really easy to use, very reasonable price. The only thing I would say is they should warn you at the start that you need to take photos of the size and weight of the parcels. Only when you have inputted all the details does it tell you that - so I had to weigh and measure them all again so I could take photos! All 9 parcels in my shipment arrived safely.”

“scam artists!! I payed £50 for a parcel to be collected and brought to me. The weight and dimensions were 100% accurate. (Why be dishonest about them) A week later a further £170 was taken out my bank without authorisation as the company have disputed my dimensions etc. The only way to appeal it is to show proof of measurement’s of the parcel. As I’ve had the item a week I have removed it from the packaging and disposed of the box. Conveniently they wait a week to dispute it when they know most people will open there parcels and dispose of the box’s!”
