The dimensions and weight of the parcel were accurately provided in your system (refer to the attached photograph), negating any basis for over-limit fees you have claimed.
The invoice issued the following day fails to justify this excessive charge and was processed without my prior authorization. Your terms and conditions stipulate a required seven-day notice period to dispute charges, a protocol you did not observe.

“Do not use! when things go wrong they are impossible to contact. They employ an automated system that takes you round in circles. Eventually you find out the only way to actually contact them is by sending a letter to their head office! Terrible service and I wont be using again.”
“I had a terrible experience with this company. I tried to send a parcel to Spain. The first parcel got stuck at Spanish customs (despite providing all the necessary information), and no one from ParcelHero was willing to help me. They gave me a random customs number, and when I called it, the person told me they had nothing to do with parcels or customs. Despite my numerous requests for help in finding the right contact at customs, ParcelHero did nothing. Eventually, my parcel was sent back to the UK.
Despite this awful experience, I decided to give them a second chance. I sent the same parcel again, but this time it was lost at the post office. When I asked ParcelHero to locate it, they pretended to try, but only after several weeks did they email me saying they couldn’t find it. All they offered was a £15 credit for future parcels. The parcel contained household items I was trying to send to our holiday flat in Spain, with a total value of over £500.
Do not trust this company.”
