“Very easy to setup a parcel collection from my home address. Came on time to collect it, and it was delivered the next day. Really happy with Parcel Hero’s services, and will definitely use them again. Recommend these to all.”

“UPS were the company used by Parcel Hero and unfortunately they do not give delivery slots so had to wait in for nearly 6 hours. It could have been the whole day. Please use a company that can give a time slot even if it’s a 2 hour window. I am a busy person and have better things to do with my time. Otherwise everything was ok”
