“Booked a UPS collection through their website and populated both sender and delivery address fields correctly, accepted their suggestion with regards to one of the address’s. Once paid I received the shipping labels, their system had completely scrambled the address so it was no longer in a proper order, theory system also failed to send crucial address information to UPS’s systems. UPS were great, the driver text me the morning of collection explaining how the whole address hadn’t been sent from Parcel Hero and confirmed details with me, the same issue must have then occurred for delivery as the ‘delivered by’ date came and went and an error on tracking showed incomplete address issues, the same issue as for collection and again UPS were great and resolved it. However, all of these issues occurred because Parcel Hero did not send the right details to UPS - spoke with customer service who sent generic responses and didn’t want to deal with the issue, once they have your money they don’t care one bit, awful company to deal with and 100% wouldn’t use again! Avoid!”
“Charged over double the cost, because sender didn’t wrap steel straps in cardboard.
I was told by customer services that other parcels couldn’t be stacked on top of the steel straps, because they weren’t wrapped appropriately.”
“Paid for pick-up service. Waited for hours, but no one showed up. Contacted FedEx the next day, only to find out that ParcelHero had never informed them to send a courier to collect the parcel. I ended up dropping off the parcel myself. Avoid at all costs.”

“We chose FedEx as we thought they were a reliable company, but they were terrible. There was no attempt to deliver our parcel, it was left on top of our neighbour's bin!! Luckily someone found it and brought it to us, but this could've ended differently. The parcel contained a laptop with important company information on it, and it would've been a disaster if it had been lost.”

The supplier are refusing to refund my money for returned tiles saying over 1/3 of them were damaged in transit.
They will only refund 51 out of 78 tiles so your parcel delivery has cost me over £300.
How do I claim this back from you ??
