“Trying to get hold of Parcel Hero group, is impossible. the payment for my delivery has been taken out of the bank, but my customer has not received the package. Unfortunately I can not find the tracking number, but have proof of payment transaction, if only somebody would respond.
Not responding to emails & the phone line is unmanned, doesn't really help.”
“The booking online was quite easy and we printed off the labels with no problem.
But the problem was when we took it to the pickup place they didn’t recognise the barcode. We tried 3 times then as I was leaving the country I had to cancel the order, and pay a £6.00 cancellation fee. I’m not happy about that as I did everything correctly. I can’t upload the picture below which is the failed delivery notice as your website won’t accept it.”

“Absolute rubbish, their tracking email says my parcel has been delivered, but UPS tracking says it’s still on the van at 10pm, with no means of tracking, and my sister hasn’t received it. Paid for next day delivery and it’s not been received and no idea where it is, there’s no ability to contact this company either to obtain any kind of information or refund, they send you round and round in circles without actually giving you any contact details. Wish I’d read the reviews before I used them, avoid.”
