They collect money from your account when they want, if someone did not collect parcel on other end , they return it and keep charging you, for returning to you (it took them to do that 2 months) off course it is much more expensive, when you sent originally , and now they sent me an extra invoice for weight adjustment.
I contacted my bank asking them to stop any payments to parcelhero, they could not help me, because i gave the consent by choosing to use their services. I used their services on 21/03/24 and on 11/07 2024 they still charging me.

“Very easy process with lots of courier options to choose from. Gives you confirmation when parcel delivered. Very cost effective. I had option to have insurance for parcel which was included in delivery cost. Will use again”
