This is the definition of a bad shipping company!!! Insufficiently organised, nonexistent capability of providing solutions of their own mistakes and really poor customer service.
DO NOT USE this company if you want indeed to send/receive your parcels.”
“Although individuals may try to resolve issues there is great lack of communication between parcel hero and the carrier. Not knowing procedures that carriers do routinely. Bad customer service structure. Not recommended”

“Booked for collection and it was delayed for two days then only to come and pick up and apparently we don't have the bar code so he couldn't take it. We asked for a refund and went to post ourselves only to be given £1.90 refund out of the almost 8 pounds we paid. Even though they didn't collect the package. Absolutely disappointed”
“Picked up a 40kg box from one end of the country and dropped it off at mine within four days for £30! What’s not to like!
The plastic box I supplied unfortunately wasn’t strong enough to survive the trip but that was due to the heavy engine parts. UPS wrapped the box very well and it all got here.

“Very easy to book a courier to return an unwanted item. Very cost effective, speedy pickup, polite courier, easy to use online tracking system and email notification once parcel was delivered - on schedule. Very happy overall with service and would use them again.”
“I paid for two parcels combined weight of 31 kgs and the ups courier only collected one parcel. Parcel Hero provided me with only one label. So I overpaid basically and then had to pay for another collection with Royal Mail. Not happy!”
