“Easy to find a suitable parcel service with plenty of service level options along the way from basic to "you don't need to lift a finger" (other than to press a few buttons on the computer!)”
“My parcel was damaged in transit sending back to the original supplier so I attempted to claim for the items, but they have refused to pay despite providing pictures of the damage sent by the supplier and using the packaging that ParcelHero required.”

Their customer service is awful, there is no telephone number to speak to them and they just kept sending the same email basically saying they were sorry there has been a problem, but it is not their fault and they are not prepared to do anything to help.
Despite asking to speak to a manager by email I was told that it was not an option and I kept being sent the same generalised email (which also has spelling and grammatical errors on it). I am currently following their postal complaints procedure and hope that they refund my payment after such a poor experience.
My advice - avoid this company as they have poor service and a very poor customer service department.”

“The absolute worst customer service I have ever received.
I sent a laptop from the UK to Mexico, no information was passed on about need a NOM certificate until they refused to deliver it. When asking for information on how to obtain the certificate they basically told me to google it and it was nothing to do with them. It was such a mess I asked for them just to return my laptop to the UK (this I was also prepared to pay for myself). I am then told that my package is "abandoned"! I am 6 months in to a dispute, they refuse to refer the case to anyone senior, they give me ZERO updates, just that they are waiting. I paid all the extra insurance, I raised a formal complaint and NOTHING! I have never in my life dealt with more infuriating and incompetent people/company. I urge anyone to steer well clear.”
