“Parcel Hero itself is OK, and prices are good, and simple, but when something goes wrong with the courier (Parcelforce in this case) it is a disaster. ParcelHero offer no help in sorting out the problem, only offer you the option to rebook at a fee which is unacceptable. Parcelforce failed to pick up my item and ParcelHero don't offer any help to sort out the problem.”
“Booked a collection for a Wednesday but no one turned up. Parcel hero charged to rebook the next day and over that weekend - even though it was not my fault. The following Tuesday was the only free day so I had to choose that. The parcel was collected but i was then informed via the tracking that there was another delay. When parcel finally turned up at my friends house in Ireland he was charged 209 euro customs charge. I contacted Parcel Hero but they would not help with any of these issues and just deflected blame onto the carrier. Also, be very careful with customs charges - if you are overcharged or mistake made by courier Parcel Hero will refuse to help you in any way. Using these guys might get you a cheap delivery charge but they offer no real customer support when things go wrong - ironically the top value on their website is "creating amazing experiences' :D”

“Absolute disgusting company, not only was I charged nearly £50 for a surcharge when I measured the parcel before sending and proved the length of an identical item to be 28cm shorter than I’m being told my item was. I then have an additional charge being taken from PayPal by parcelhero for a service they haven’t provided. Be very aware when you click to pay a surcharge you get double charge by this scam of a company. After 3 emails still not a since response from parcel hero, this is theft of funds and I will be contacting the police about this. AVOID AT ALL COST, PARCELS2GO.COM are a lot better company and do not steal from customers”

“Well I never sent the parcel despite your company sending me messages my daughter in Basingstoke was sending it to me but whoever entered details into computer round the wrong way. Much I recognised the RH postcard and my birthday was due so told her abd she contacted you and corrected. Hermes delivered subsequently. Thankyou”
