“The con's outweigh the pro's for me. The process of using the site was easy enough. But when UPS did not show up (after waiting around ALL day), I could not contact a real person (either from Parcel Hero or UPS). It took me several attempts to get through by phone, and we had to stay home Saturday as well. At the very least, someone could have rang us or texted (they had my number!) to keep us informed. Very poor service at over £30.00 cost to me.”
