“Their partner Hermes failed to collect my parcel. There was zero communication until I dropped the parcel off at a drop n go shop.
I complained to customer services who said my parcel contained prohibited items !!!! Hardly.
I will not be using again.”

the only thing i would like to see change is - if a courier provides their own labels we have a choice to print them off to. specially if you have multiple parcels to be collected.”

“I packed it very well and when the parcel got to the other end it came off the lorry ripped up and the box was destroyed. Maybe the company should do better at looking after peoples parcels!! Absolutely disgusting”
“Terrible company. Concrete fireback delivered broken into pieces but apparently it wasn’t packed correctly and hence compensation cannot be provided despite pictures provided showing box ripped on arrival. No explanation provided as to why a cardboard box wasn’t adequate packaging. How you break a concrete item without mishandling is beyond me. Will never use again and will advise all I know to avoid.”
