“My 15kg parcel was sent by my friend from U.K to me in Thailand. It was picked up from his house on Wednesday and arrived at the distribution centre at Maidstone U.K on Friday. On Saturday it was in Leipzig East Germany and on Sunday morning in Bangkok. I received it in ChiangMai 800kms away on Monday afternoon at 2pm. I still don't know how they did it and it wasn't even their Express service. I have 3 more parcels being sent in the next few weeks and I will definitely be using Parcel Hero. Their communication at every step was exemplary. 11 out of 10

However my parcel was a return, and it arrived at the shop smashed to pieces (yet the packaging was exactly the same as how it was delivered to me).
