“Very Disappointed!!! I had an urgent delivery, but they never produced the labels. The automated message said that they will have customer service contact me, they never did. So I had to follow up. They have no chat or phone customer service, so you need to wait for emails!!! so something that could have quickly have been solved took many days. Once the postcode issue was solved, my urgent document already arrived to its destination abroad via another more efficient & cheaper courier service. ParcelHero then scheduled another pick-up without letting me know. Now they want to charge me a cancellation fee!!!! I booked last week for a pick up on Monday, not Wednesday!!! If it weren't for their inefficient service, we would have had no issue. Will not use them again. Not counting all the time they made me waste!!!!! uff.....”
