“Shame I have to give a minimum of 1 star! Parcel Hero added a surcharge over twice the original postage cost. No personal contact - only automated responses when trying to contest the charges. Avoid this company.”
“Was really easy. I left an item at a holiday park 200 miles away and needed to get it collected from there and sent home. I arranged everything online and forwarded the label by email, the park printed it. I sent in the courier and 2 days later I had my parcel. Would 100% use again.”
“Advertised as next day delivery, for collection between 9am and 6pm. Admittedly suspicious but I went ahead on Thursday. Courier arrived Friday at 5pm and said delivery would not be until Monday morning as it is next working day. It was a tall plant and cost £28 so rotten service for the money and I hope the plant survived in the warehouse over the weekend.”
“Paid extra for parcel to be picked up and was not picked up and I was given no notification that it would not be picked up, resulting in me having to pick it up. More of the couriers fault than parcelhero however.”
“Parcel arrived damaged even though it was marked fragile. Parcelhero are slow to respond, I insured my parcel as well. Deeply regretted using them and wouldn’t recommend them at ALL!!!”
“I thought they were a reputable company. Collected my parcel promptly via UPS and then when the parcel was delivered sent me an email 4 days later after a supposed audit wanting to charge me an extra £56 for weight charges which were totally wrong and 30kg more!! A scam company which I recommend you avoid at all costs and go direct to the transport companies!”
