“Don't know where to start, here are the facts decide for yourself.
Parcel booked for collection on Monday. Their portal tells me that labels could not be produced and I should contact support.
There is no support number, have to use email with lengthy response time. In the meantime I push the collection date out to Thursday via their portal to buy time to sort out the label problem.
On Monday, they turn up regardless to take the parcel. I am away and have told my parents to expect collection on Thursday. Another Amazon package was also going to be collected the same day, they take that by mistake in my absence.
Once I have realized, I contact them (again via email). they reply saying it's my fault. We go back and forth over a few days on this issue, all this time they are not cancelling the DHL delivery - they are happy for it to continue with the wrong package to USA.
They ask for more money to resolve the situation and return the package. I said it was a low value package, keep it. I am more concerned with the Thursday collection for a parcel that needs to go to USA.
They said that it will have to be a new order (and full payment again), the original order has been "serviced" and no refund is possible.
They removed my Thursday collection from the portal..so I no longer have any outstanding business with them.”
“The pricing is competitive but the purchase form is worded in confusing ways. They keep referring to 'you' and the sender in alternating ways. It's very easy to get confused. They even ask if you are the receiver at one point!
The live chat service didn't resolve my issues.
The page regularly reloaded on leaving the live chat or going back to a previous page. This meant starting again. The one pound cost saving was not worth the time taken.”
