“Sent an item over 50kg, because of that I was told it had to be on a pallet, several emails back and forth because you can't speak to anyone at parcel hero and courier arrives only to say we can't take that on a pallet, do you still want to send it, item arrived damaged. An expensive damaged delivery so I await someone reading this review and contacting me regarding my refund.”
