“Courier didn’t turn up on the collection day that was stated. Ended up having to do drop off service as I didn’t want to upset the person receiving the delivery”

“The ParcelHero paperweork generated for international shipment with TNT/FedEx isnt acceptable to courier as it doesnt have tracking barcode. Driver came 3 times to collect - but had to cancel and use different courier, hopefully this will be OK”
“We love Parcel Hero, becasue of their rates we can sell to foreign customers, but unfortunately, the Parcel Hero website is not flexible enough for us. We ship Port - Door, from ID to UK but there is no option to input the drop-off address, so we have to create an incorrect AWB with the drop-off address (which is the DHL station) as the shipper's address to get the correct pricing. Or we have to use some other address which does not belong to our company, and which looks weird to our customers. Truly unfortunate! Please do better Parcel Hero! This problem was confirmed by Parcel Hero Customer Support 218583433912 I gave 1 star be cause Customer service did not aknowlage that this is a problem for us and also to get attention so this issue gets fixed.”
