Bought extra cover insurance and they destroyed my item during complaints process (evidence) without my knowledge. The package, a mattress, was for my mum and dad which Parcelhero damaged in transit. My dad had severe dementia and terminal illness during lockdown which they were aware of. He died and Parcelhero have not accepted negligence even though they have destroyed evidence Parcelhero think we will give up because we are a devastated family. BBC were shocked at treatment of my elderly parents. Contacting Small Claims Court even after funeral expenses can’t let them win so unjust.
