“Customer service is shocking, Parcelhero didn’t book the collection despite 2 days notice and when I decided to book with someone more competent they wouldn’t refund me. UPS told me that they didn’t book the collection so they didn’t turn up because they were never going to turn up. parcelhero said that we still had to pay because they had provided a label although it was useless as nobody collected the parcel!!”
“Courier failed to collect my parcel & somehow I’m the one that’s incurring charges?! Person waited for 45mins after the collection window & nobody arrived. Terrible customer service - no number easy to find, live chat function wasn’t available. Ended up having to pay £10.58 to reschedule, which I understood would be refunded by the courier. See attached screen grab from email. Now ParcelHero are telling me that they can’t refund the amount I am owed & when I replied to challenge further & my email has now bounced back. Awful, awful, awful. Total con & a waste of time, money & effort. Avoid like the plague.”
“DHLservice was super quick from HK to UK with overnight delivery. However UK to HK package with TNT/ UPS after three days is still awaiting pick up. We had to chase the courier and inform them of the order. I’m not sure this parcel will get to me. Parcel hero contact us for help page is very straightforward so hoping for some help.”
