“I placed my order on Monday 08/03/2021. Today is 11/03/2021 and the parcel has not been collected so I cancelled the order and they are charging me cancellation fees. No explanation has been giving for such poor customer service. I sent three emails non of which has been replied to.
A most horrible service. My order number was GE871947284GB. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. Awful.”

“Booked collection for the following day. Parcel force did not collect the item on time. I was trying to contact parcelhero and it was almost impossible to speak to someone. The only option was to rearrange collection. Then i contacted parcelforce and they were brilliant. They arranged for another driver to collect the parcel the same day and delivered the parcel on time. Parcelhero is very difficult to contact.”
“Professional fraudsters, stay well away and pay the extra money for a proper courier to deliver your item! We shipped a bike to France BEFORE Brexit and 3 months later has it arrived? No!
They've come up with excuse after excuse and now my expensive road bike is missing and they can't tell me the location of its whereabouts.
My bike has been to France a good 2 or 3 times now and returned back to the UK because of customs tax - even though the bike is 3 years old!
They're REFUSING to give a full refund and told us the label wasn't on the package correctly, however after 3 months of it going all over the place and being dumped anywhere it's no surprise the label isn't readable. Yet they won't take the blame for it.
Poor customer service and now I'm out of pocket, no wonder they had to take their Facebook page down! Don't fall into their trap because there's no getting out of it. Utterly disgusting company who are (and I'll say again) professional fraudsters.”

“Quite decent service ( lookin at previous couriers ) package arrived with a bit of damage to one of the corners package had 4 layers of bubble wrap plus padding ( not repairable) but is should have been a 2 man deliver not 1 lady to struggle with the size and weight.
She did amazing but for this package there should have been someone to help .”
