“Aweful company do not use, scammers as they did not deliver the parcel on the paid delivery date, after 3-4months requesting additional payments to resend from deport yet no reimbursement for their delays or apology for the late delivery if ever attempted, no attemps of delivery made as no postcard left, so please dont use this company the customer service is aweful, no phone call service third party email correspondence with advisor whom can be scammer. Please save your money, time and the disappointment. My parcel was not delivered, I was charged for next day delivery and my client did not receive package, I only received emails of excuses about delays and further charges request. Even asked to pay additional to resend/ return or disposal. Very unprofessional customer service.”

“I have had the worst experience possible with ParcelHero. I paid for a 3 day delivery and when this didn’t arrive I contacted ParcelHero only to be told they were unable to locate the parcel so this was logged as missing, I chased this for five consecutive days only to given the same answer, the tracking number also gave no information. The parcel magically arrived after nine days with no communication or apology from ParcelHero. To make things worse two weeks after the parcel was finally delivered I received an e mail to say I was being charged an additional £55.09 on top of the £35.00 I had already paid as they said the parcel was heavier than I had stated. This was completely untrue as I had weighed and logged the correct dimensions when I placed the order for collection. I have disputed this for almost 4 weeks with numerous e mails and posted letters, ParcelHero customer service has been an absolute disgrace and I will advise everyone not to use them and to look for an alternative parcel service. I would hate for others to be treated in such an appalling way so please DO NOT use this awful service”
“The parcel arrived, but the box was open, although everything inside was complete. Unfortunately my family had to pay for the delivery which I had previously paid in London before collection. Since we had to pay double for it, the price was extremely high. Long wait in destination, it could have been delivered sooner.”

But for my colleague in the Netherlands the driver did not ring the doorbell and just posted through the letter box this is not what i expected from a delivery this was supposed to be signed for these were important compnay documents”
