“Parcelhero is the fraud company. After 2 weeks they sent me new invoices for parcels, as they said, which was bigger than declared. I have provided selling invoices with photos, manufacturer data of weight and dimensions of items but they didn't accept this. They asked photos of parcels with labels, photos with and without packing, photos with tape measure and etc which physically was not possible as the parcel is already sent and received and unpacked by customer. Then they request fake photos of these parcels. They not hear what you say them, not any discussions - finally you have 2 additional invoices to pay (£57 and £12). Was used UPS courier company - they don't know nothing about these oversized parcels, so, it is the additional business of these clowns.”
