“Wanted to post a parcel to my daughter for Easter. I used ParcelHero to find the best carrier at the best price and it came up with Hermes. Ideal for me as the local drop off point was less than a mile away. I had an email confirming my drop off and further updates on the progress plus a tracking number. It was delivered when they said it would be and I had an email to confirm it had arrived. This is the second time I've used ParcelHero and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”
“These guys are complete crooks. Not only they didn't deliver the parcel at all but also refuse to return it and have practically stolen the goods!!!
Before that they tried to blackmail me to pay them extra 120 EUR for VAT charges, which not only aren't due but even if they were, they would have been 50 EUR and due to EU CUSTOMS and not to some shady business. They are a complete fraud. Never use them.
Reviews on their web site must be fake as you don't have an option to write and post a review there!!!”
“If I could give this company zero stars I would. Go and check their twitter feed to see the list of complaints- its truly horrifying.
Beware of international transfers with this because it says it is with DHL, but the initial part is with this useless company.
My collection was scheduled for a Monday, I stayed in all day from 8am to 8pm as they cant give a more specific slot. No one arrived. When I tried to query this- they have no phone number that works, no face book page. the only way to contact them is via twitter where a generic bot response asks for a private message. They are also incapable of contacting their collection drivers, its 2021- are you kidding?
I was then told they have up to 3 consecutive days to collect the parcel. Tuesday and Wednesday both pass with no collection.
Numerous messages on twitter and emails with the same generic responses. They then wanted to charge me a further £6 to cancel the collection.
I eventually got my bank to recall the debit, cancelled the order and re did the order with FedEx.
Just avoid at all costs. The list of complaints on Twitter, it sounds like parcels don't arrive the other end either.”
