I used the next day collection and subsequent delivery service. they did not call the next day, but when I queried they said the driver had called and there was no one in. mmmm lame excuse- its lockdown everyone is in!!! suffice it to ay we were in and nobody called . They have a get out of jail free card which is- Hermes is a low cost carrier who does not guarantee collection adn I should use DPD or another premium service... you didnt say that when you were taking my money. Bad service poor response to a complaint do not use them.”

Absolutely appalling service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Sent a large international consignment costing over £1300. The consignment never even left the country and was delivered back to me 2 days later. Still trying to get my money back. No replies anymore from them. No customer service. No phone lines to contract anyone. If you have a problem you can kiss your money goodbye. You will not get anywhere. Have had several problems with them in the past. Wish I could give them no stars
They are so bad you cannot even leave feedback on Feefo which they claim they are apart of”
“Purchased enhanced cover for my delivery, box arrived in tatters and item inside was severely damaged!! Filed my claim with all of the relevant documents and photo evidence ParcelHero requested and they said they would not honour my claim.
This was my first time using this service and I will never use them again. Next time I will go directly with the shipping companies UPS, FED EX, Royal Mail as they do honour legitimate damage or loss claims immediately. I would suggest anyone else who is considering using ParcelHero to do the same as it will save you time, money and headaches not dealing with them.
Do not waste your time and hard earned money on them as they will not honour their service.”
