“Con artists! Shocking service!! I have sent a couple of parcels with them. They have said when it was audited the package was larger than advised. They cannot provide me any proof that the dimensions they have given are correct. I have sent them pictures of the product which was sent and clearly show the dimensions they are advising are incorrect but because I cannot send them with a label on they are unwilling to help. They want a additional £315.13 additional to what i have already paid. It is one pack of flooring I sent and they want to charge a additional fee of £315.13 - how can this even be possible?
I have contacted them on several occasions trying to resolve this issue. I get very unhelpful emails back. I have asked for someone to call and they advised they are email only based. They advise that if I dont pay they will take me to debt collection agent.

“Arranged for pick up three times and last day literally stayed in whole day to catch the courier. Nobody came and I had to pay £9 cancellation fee having wasted nearly a week with these guys.
Customer service polite but refuse to take in my point that the courier just did not even bother - “our records indicate that an are apt was made”.

-charged me £68 excess on £48 'overweight' delivery
-ignored my evidence that the package was not overweight
-sent me confidential responses meant for another customer
-destroyed the printer
-refused a refund”
“I waited all day for pickup and nobody came. The next morning I cancelled and arranged dispatch with a company that has a drop off service. Yesterday your courier arrived and said you had not added me to his list the day before and neither had you informed him that I had cancelled the next day. I will never use FedEx again. “I wish there was no or negative star option. This company is real fraud and scam. Booked a parcel (incontinence pads for my parents), courier picked up couple of days and I was very pleased that all sounds good. 4 weeks later, no parcel delivered. When contacted Parcel Hero team, they say parcel never collected. Sent them parcel collection receipt, video clip of Doorbell of parcel collection, but no matter what evidence I sent them, they will say it is not good enough. For example, they say, they cannot see driver taking parcel to van. Ridiculous. Then on top of it neither keen to refund booking fee or compensation.
Luckily, I paid via PayPal and manage to get my booking fee return but lost valuable contents of parcel (which were incontinence pads for my parents).
Do not Trust them, read other customers reviews, and never pay them via bank transfer. I am planning to register my case to police.”

Ok more expensive than the eBay seller used, as when I received the package it looked like Ace Ventura delivered it, all battered, dented and broke. “One star is too many , i used them for the first time , paid £9.00 that included £4.50 parcel protection to deliver my parcel that was in a jiffy bag , double secured with brown heavy duty tape , the parcel arrived at the other end , ripped open and nothing inside exept the paper work , emailed PH , got many email replies ,all the same , lots excuses , fobbing me off , some saying sorry your parcel got damaged in transift , next time put it in a strong box (mmm , my parcel was lost not damaged ) , recieved numorous email replies , all the same , didn't even bother to check that i paid for parcle protection , never use them , avoid at all cost . I have asked what is the protection for , article 7.2 in their terms and conditon states , if parcel is packaged correctly , it will be refused . when i dropped my parcel , my parcel was check and the guy didn't say it was not secured , take it and package it properly . total rip off. Going to get help from PayPal to get my money back and possibably sue them in small claims court.”
