“I will never ever use ParcelHero again. Their initial price might be low but you'll pay for it later. On a £45 original shipment I was charged an extra £217 to my account without authorization for what they said was a large package additional cost. It took lots of messages, photos, proof of sizes and weights and months of aggravation before I got a refund and to make matters worse the parcel was worthless due to severe damage caused during shipping, blamed on the carrier and not claimable even though I'd paid additional insurance. Avoid at all cost !!!”

“Booked a Tuesday collection with Every/Hermes through ParcelHero. Waited all day Tuesday and no sign of Evri. Same again on Wednesday so cancelled and arranged (through ParcelHero) for ParcelForce to collect on Friday instead. They collected at around 5.30 that day, and shortly afterwards the Evri courier arrived, 3 days late! ParcelForce delivered on the following Monday, so ParcelHero seem ok, but they shouldn't offer Evri as an option. Don't use Evri!”
