“All reasonably easy and worked to plan with parcel being collected and delivered on the stated dates. However the courier gave no time slots for either collection or delivery -only between 9 and 5 which meant an entire day of just waiting.”
“Used for the first time. Had problems getting delivery date, labels and couple of other things. However the parcel was collected on the day stated and also the tracking was very good parcel delivered on the due day and saw all the tracking done. Very pleased with that side of it. Also I emailed re delivery date etc and a gentleman emailed back with the replies . Very pleased. The invoice was a little late coming but that was probabley me finding it. So all in all not a bad experience.”
