“Booked a collection and delivery with these guys. Courier never turned up to pick up the parcel. When I contact the company (email only... no one there has a phone) they said it was a failed collection, despite the factory being open 7am-7pm (the courier had also delivered 3 times that week).
They then said I need to rebook and pre-authorise my bank card so after an investigation is made, they can take more money. I asked if we can contest this and they said the courier's word is final.
I should point out as well it takes 1 to 2 days for them to respond to emails. Shocking service.”
“I was super pleased, My printer had stopped working & Parcel Hero made it easy for me to send the parcel without it. The details required were easy to fill in, the courier came and was very efficient & polite and to my astonishment it was delivered the very next day, fantastic service and the price for sending it was extremely reasonable, thank you”
“I had a delivery sent from UK and when it arrived the box had been damaged and there was suspicious tape wrapped around the end. When i opened my delivery i realised my ps4 (which was originally wrapped in a coat) had been stolen along with the controller and cables and also an xmas card had been taken. Not only this but they also tried scamming my girlfriend by sending her an email 1 week after her delivery saying that the weight was higher than it was and threatened to take more money from her card. Total scam company. Very unhappy and i recommend you do not use them.
Furthermore these scammers are now refusing to pay for the stolen items even though we have all the proof required. Police are involved and sony confirmed that the ps4 is in romania (the driver who collected the box happens to be romanian too by the way)
