“The arrangements to collect my parcel were easy to make and efficiently carried out. The parcel, which was quite large and fragile, was safely delivered in two days.”
“They take the order. Deliver the order. Then say it was a few centimeters bigger and demand for 500% increase in fees.
No proof is offered. Just their word and then you have to prove exactly how big a parcel was 2 weeks after they've delivered it.
It's a complete scam.
In my case, on a car seat parcel, they are claiming the box was 60mm bigger in one dimension, after they had manhandled it across the country and squashed it 20mm shorter. Weight is undisputed.
For this they have taken £130 extra from my bank account.
Completely Rip-off artists.”

The sender informed me that the carrier had turned up and refused to collect the item saying it was too large and heavy and that you would probably have difficulties finding a carrier who would be willing to collect.
