They also don’t answer their phones, often don’t respond via email and they’re truly pathetic. Please avoid supporting this awful “ company” and putting your hard earned money into the pockets of these creeps running this business.

I booked a hotel in Reno, Nevada and then tried to cancel. I called Prestigia three times in a 2 week period. No one ever answers the phone and when you leave a message they never call back.

Prestigia is NOT LEGITIMATE! It's a very shady and unethical "business" that has found ways to not get prosecuted as they have fizzled trademarks and register in different countries to keep running from being caught. Their T's and C's say they are not responsible for anything, meaning they can TAKE your money and not book the room. Prestigia will bait consumers with SUPER low priced rooms and have stolen SO much money from innocent people. They dont answer their phones, take days/weeks to respond to email, and are a complete joke. Please dont support this HORRIBLE company.

Prestigia is a huge scam! Do NOT book with them. Essentially they are a third party booking agency that will sometimes book the rooms promised, sometimes not. If they dont book the hotel, you're out of luck as they've figured out a way to get around it so you can't get your money back because they have a cancellation policy that says they arent responsible for ANYTHING! That means they take your money, and can steal from you as the T's and C's negates the services they are "providing". It's blatant fraud/theft and a huge scam they are running globally. So sad that people like this exist and could advantage of innocent people who are moving too quickly to book travel. Thoroughly disgusted by these folks who reside in Morocco and will ensure that consumer protection is aware in the multiple countries they are trying to run and hide from on this.

These people are disgusting humans and complete scammers. Plain and simple. They’ve built a business that enables them to keep consumers money for services that don’t happen. It’s filthy what they are doing to innocent people and eventually they’ll get taken down. Karma is real!

Stay away. They canceled my reservation last minute without any support and help quoting a bs/security reason that's never ever happened before. Get your stuff together people. This is not the way to treat your customers.

Horrible Experience!!! Do not use this Company. We booked, they confirmed and took 100% of our money. Cancelled our booking 2 weeks prior to our departure. Stating no availabilities at the hotel. We verified directly with hotel and there were availability. They promote lower prices just to get your money and then you are obliged to book with them other hotels due to time refrainment. Stay Away!

Scammers! On their website it said free cancellation before the end of the day. I was on the phone with them when I booked and cancelled immediately in the same phone call because it was an incorrect booking and proceeded to book another room with another hotel. They did not inform me that they would not be returning my money and whats more is that it had said initially that there were free cancellations. Such an evil company. Please avoid!

Worst company ever!! Stay away, after confirmed hotel reservation at bora bora and paid in full, received an email a week later saying that rooms were sold out. It was my fault choosing them over Expedia where same room was available there too but picked prestigia for less money but turned out to be a scam company. Please stay away.

Really bad group of folks who work at this company and the owner doesn’t care. Heard it’s going bankrupt so they’re trying to hang onto everything they can. They are illegitimate and have bait and switch practices or don’t book rooms at all. Shady way of doing business.

These folks are sitting in Morocco and have set up an illegitimate and immoral business that scams people into buying services from travel sites by appealing to low prices. There is no customer service. They adjust their websites and legal policies to try to block any type of refund once you put your payment information in. There is no pride on customer service, doing the right thing or having a reputable business. They are major scammers; I've never seen anything like this. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Booked a room based on a good price. Received the confirmation. I called the hotel to confirm. No reservation under my name was made. Went online to cancel. States I must CALL to cancel. I called 4x and each time asked to leave a voicemail.

Stay away! This place is a complete scam. You'll book, pay in full, and receive an official looking booking "confirmation" email. I advise immediately calling the hotel to confirm you reservation. The hotel staff will tell you that they don't have any record of the reservation in their system. (This is because this site doesn't actually make the reservation when they take your money. They float and only confirm for you if prices fall before your trip and they can make a profit.) You'll send an email to Prestigia and they'll basically tell you to relax and that reservations take a few days to show in the hotel's system. If prices rise or stay the same from when you book to when you travel, which happens frequently, they'll simply send you an email a few days before the trip saying, "sorry, we're unable to confirm your reservation. Would you consider another hotel?" The hotel won't even be in the same class or location. Unreal. Whatever they tell you is a flat out lie. Confirm with the hotel directly, trust me. They're not in the US, so US customers have zero recourse other than a refund through your credit card company. This of course doesn't leave you whole when you booked a X dollars and have to rebook right before your trip at 2X or 3X. Don't be fooled by positive online reviews. They are well versed in the marketing and scam game. They clearly pay people to submit reviews. Check the names of the positive reviews against the names of the negative reviews and you'll see what I mean. If you're still not convinced and are lured by the low price that they are advertising, do yourself a favor and try calling their customer service line quickly before you book. You'll listen to the elevator Prestigia.com pitch 800 times before hanging up. You've been warned.

Me and my family booked our hotel in Biarritz throw Prestigia. When my husband booked your booking site or internet was lagging so when proceeding to payment nothing happens, so my husband presses again. He discovered that we have 2 bookings, he contacted you immediately but you were not very helpful so we have also contacted Amex to help us get the money back. Now it’s been almost 2 months and you still don’t want to cancel the second booking. My husband & me used our savings for this trip and I’m celebrating my 50 th birthday at your hotel but now we don’t know if we are able to travel at all. Can you please cancel the second booking. If not I have to report your company to the police. . So please act us a “ prestige” company and help your customers.
