found an item online for my daughter. They sent me a discount code but couldn't find where to enter it online. Called and told the girl what I wanted to order and the discount code. She placed the order without the code so I reminded her. She apologized, took the code then said I wasn't eligible for the code so I told her I didn't want to place the order. Oh too bad she 'accidentally' already placed the order. Now I get to go through the tedious process of getting my $80 back. Be very careful with this company.

Has anyone on your staff brought to Susan Gravers attention how rude she is? She constantly talks over the hostesses. Just blabs to herself about how wonderful her clothing products are.

Let me start by saying that I love their products and QVC the issue I had was with the QVC card I applied and was approved and set up auto pay long story short something went wrong with my auto pay and I would have to call to make my payment like 3 times ok so called synchrony to explain what was happening,the lady that helped me was so rude and didn’t care about my issues basically blew me off a month later QVC canceled my card .. I had a balance because I had just purchased a new vacuum which I had it on easy pay.. A month goes by and my easy pay was not charged properly they ended up charging me the whole amount..Luckily I had the money In my account.I will never buy another product from QVC again!! Buyers be ware

I ordered an NYDJ sweater twice. I never received it. I was told that I would receive the item on a certain date. It never came. I was so disappointed by this company and will NEVER order from them again.

Both my credit cards have been declined. Both cards have ample funds. Tried paying off my easy pay. Now I will need to go to my bank for a cashiers check to assure I pay it off. I will never do business with them again. I’m so sorry I never read the reviews prior to doing business with QVC !!!!!

I ordered a power station for power outages buy one get one free.i payed on my credit card they charged my card and I payed 12.95 for a 3-5 day shipping it's been 18 days have not got my order . Looks I lost 58.13 I should have have know better .

QVR uses crummy sales tactics to sell items that are almost never what they seem. Out of the 6 items I’ve purchased in that past year, none of them work right and have had some defect. You are allowed to return items but have to pay shipping as well as haul to ups yourself. I recommend against them- you can find better products elsewhere

My concerns is regarding their credit card they are currently charging 32.34% interest. That is totally ridiculous. When I inquired about a rate adjustment you thought I said a joke with exceptionally good credit I don’t see why I should be paying 32.34% in interest, so since they could not assist me, I have closed my account and will pay off my balance. They just lost a good customer.

DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS. I bought stuff on a 4 pay plan and gave the 1st payment. Then they cancelled the order saying that my bank checking account debit card with a Mastercard logo was a visa credit card. Worse, they were very rude and failed to take any time to figure out why the mistake Poor business strategy, had the been polite I'd have used a credit card. But I didnt because they dont care.

QVC was selling Dell laptops for a great price, but the real selling factor was all of the programs and software that was already installed and included with the laptop. When the laptop arrived and we turned on the power, there was no operating system in the laptop. I called QVC for assistance because technical support was included with this sale. The person who I spoke to at QVC said that they really didn't handle this and they said not to return the laptop, and they gave me a phone number and instructed me to call Dell, the manufacturer of the laptop. When I called the number and I spoke to the Dell representative, they knew exactly why I was calling and they gave me instructions and walked me through to activating the operating system. The system that was in the laptop we purchased was nowhere near anything that was advertised and it was as basic as basic could be. When I asked about the programs and software that was supposed to be included, the Dell representative said that they didn't know what I was talking about. I called QVC back and they said that what was in the laptop is what I was supposed to get and they claimed they never knew anything about anything extra. This was a classic bait and switch and I couldn't return the laptop after Dell activated the system. Buyer beware. I will never purchase anything from QVC ever again.

I placed 3 orders and they cancelled all 3 with no explanations. They advertise coupons they cannot honor. I placed order in 2023.

QVC removed all of the decent hosts and have so many dingbats overacting with nails-on-a-chalkboard voices I have to mute the sound just to look at the product they are pushing. The product quality has diminished over the years and the prices are really no better than you can find elsewhere.

ordered a pair of shoes. they arrived. I instantly tried to return them because they were so tight. I wanted a half a size up the exact same shoe. for 3 weeks I kept chatting emailing and calling. each person kept saying sure we will send you that return label right out . it's no problem to switch up for a half of size. I have waited for 3 weeks still no return label. Finally my last time I spoke with someone on chat and they said that she was non returnable so a waste of money and 3 weeks and horrible lying customer service

In February, I ordered a top and had to exchange it for a smaller size. The Customer Service rep stated that he placed a new order for the smaller size and I received a confirmation email, then I received an email that they credited me back for both of the items in the order (which I was only returning the one). So I called and told them I was only returning one of the items. They said because I was so honest, they gave me a $10.00 credit on my account and reordered the top in the smaller size, which I found odd because I thought the first person I spoke to had placed the replacement order. After 30 days pasted and I did not receive the replacement top I called back a third time and was told that my order for some reason did not ship out, so they escalated it up. Another 30 days pasted, and I called for the fourth time today to be informed that they cancelled the order altogether 30 days ago and now they do not have any left. The customer service from the very beginning was very poor at best, it's like they are unhappy in their jobs. It was a very bad experience all the way around and I will never order from them again.
