"We purchased tickets to monster jam, this was done through StubHub, the tickets were sent through another agent agency, without any warning from StubHub, and I could not get the tickets because StubHub had no clue. They said it\u2019s their sister partner, but it\u2019s not I finally got them off of Ticketmaster, which once you get them there you just download them to the phone hopefully StubHub gets it together and does the same as Ticketmaster because it felt like a fraudulent purchase through Stub Hub and we did not want to get our grandson to the gate and have them tell us tickets were not valid."
